CHAIRMAN
MR. MUTHAFA YUSOF is a joint partner and Chairman of Zhafran Mikhail and Partners Sdn Bhd. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from the UK, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Malaysia, and a Diploma in Management Science and a Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), Malaysia. He began his career as a Diplomatic and Administrative Officer with the Government of Malaysia in 1984 and served in the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health Malaysia and Malaysia Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). He has spent more than 25 years of his professional career with MITI in various departments and capacities including International Trade, ASEAN Economic Cooperation, Industrial Development, Strategic Trade Controller and Minister of Counselor for Economic Affairs at the Malaysia High Commission, New Delhi, India. He has represented MITI in various trade negotiations at regional and international levels.
He had also served on the board of directors of SME Bank of Malaysia and the Negeri Sembilan State Development Corporation. His last position was Senior Director of Bumiputera Entrepreneurship and SME Development before retiring from Public Services in 2018. Currently, he is a co founder and director of Telltale Studios Sdn Bhd, a company involved in providing integrated production support and services to local and international players in the film industry.
DIRECTOR
NORFAEZA BINTI MD NOOR or better known as Mrs. Norfaeza was born on June 9, 1991 in Johor Darul Ta’zim. She started her primary education at S.K Sengarang in 1998 and continued to secondary school at SMK Bukit gambir and SM TEKNIK BUKIT KATIL MELAKA from 2004 to 2008.
Mrs Norfaeza has been working in the field of ‘Recovery’ since 2017. Her wealth of experience and passion will help Zhafran Mikhail and Partners Sdn Bhd to grow rapidly and thrive in line with the company’s mission to become a leading player in the field (BPO) in Malaysia. She is also aiming to become amongst the best director in Malaysia in the field of credit and corporate governance in the future.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
MOHD SYARILAZAM BIN HJ ISHAK started his career in ‘Recovery’ in 2007. Beginning at the age of 18, he worked with Zuri Services Sdn Bhd as a credit recovery officer. After 2 years he joined Pasadana Sdn Bhd as a unit head for three years. He has since expanded his wings to widen expertise in the field of ‘Recovery’. With his extensive experience, he was appointed a manager at a Bumiputera company ‘Proclass and Partners Sdn Bhd from 2011 to 2015. With his wide experience, expertise and good client relationships, Mr. Syarilazam will drive the company to grow in the future and realise the company’s mission to become a leading company in the field (BPO) in Malaysia.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
SITI MAZTURA BT. HJ ISHAK was born on July 23, 1984 in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. She began her early school at S.K Port Dickson in 1991 and her secondary school at SMK Sultan Abdul Jalil, Kluang Johor from 1997 to 2001. Upon graduation she has been involved in the Recovery industry since 2002 when she joined Zuri Services Sdn. Bhd. and served there for five years as a Unit Head. She later served as Manager of Chain Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd. from 2007 to 2010. She joined Pasadana Sdn. Bhd from 2010 till 2015 to further expand her expertise as Executive Manager. Before joining Zhafran Mikhail and Partners Sdn Bhd in 2019 she was an Operations Manager at Express Solution Sdn. Bhd since 2015. Mrs Maztura is a very knowledgeable and expert in the field of ‘Recovery’ with 17 years of extensive practical experience. She will assist the CEO and the company to face the challenges and competition from the existing big players in the industry and help grow the company in the future.
